Ingredients:
β’ 1/4 cup pumpkin purΓ©e
β’ 1/4 cup almond milk, unsweetened
β’ 1 scoop of - BeBalanced Total-4 vanilla protein powder
β’ 1/4 coconut milk (or plain yogurt)
β’ 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice mix
β’ 2-3 drops liquid stevia
β’ 1 tbsp BeBalanced P-100 MCT oil

Add all ingredients into a blender, mix until smooth.

1 tsp raw honey

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you achieve a semi-thick consistency. Apply this mask to freshly cleansed skin and leave it on for 20 minutes, then rinse and pat dry.

Who doesn't love a sweet treat now and then? Instead of the normal frozen yogurt filled with SUGAR, try this:
1 cup frozen berries
ΒΌ cup full fat coconut milk
1 teaspoon lemon juice
ΒΌ teaspoon vanilla extract
Stevia to taste

Add all ingredients in a food processor and blend until it forms a slushie-like texture. Place blended ingredients into popsicle molds. Freeze overnight or until solid. This recipe makes 3 servings.
For Phase II, omit coconut milk and replace with water.
