Hey all,
I know it has been a strange year for youth sports and I am looking to getting 2021 started off right. I am looking for some young men that would like to play baseball in 2021. We will be competing in several tournaments in the surrounding states. Will most like start late March to early April with tournaments. Kids have to be 12 or 13, and can not turn 14 before May 1.

Santa is coming to town!!! Last week our office received a phone call from the big man himself. He asked for our help bringing some Christmas cheer to our fire districts. So we sent a fire truck to the North Pole to pick him and Mrs. Claus up and bring them back for a San Juan County visit. Starting tomorrow night, 12/12/2020, at 6:00PM we will be escorting Santa and Mrs. Claus around the neighborhoods of our fire districts. Over the next week and a half, we will be making our way through all of our fire districts in the unincorporated parts of San Juan County. Our first route will be Hart Valley District 8. Check back with our page tomorrow for a map of the route. Santa and Mrs. Claus will be in our engine to wave at the kids as we go by. To ensure the health and safety of Old St. Nick and his wife they will stay in the fire truck.
We love making the first dental visit so special. This cutie was such great patient! We are excited to see her grow and continue to teach her about good brushing and flossing. 🦷💜

What is the Thrive Program?
Thank you for your interest in the Thrive Program! This online program aims to maximize a person’s understanding of their life through self-determination, and help them set goals for self-regulation and decision making. We will specifically address this by offering opportunities for adults to develop knowledge and skills in the following areas:
1) Self-awareness, self-determination & self-advocacy
2) Life management, personal health, and financial literacy
3) Career exploration and preparation
What will participation look like?
Participants of the Thrive Program will:
1) Complete an application to share information about themselves
2) Attend weekly evening classes online for three months on the dates outlined under time commitment
3) Develop personal goals and next steps for working toward those goals
Who can apply?
We hope to recruit individuals ages 18-30 with a confirmed diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder who are:
1) Their own guardian
2) Not currently enrolled in high school
3) Willing to participate in all aspects of the program
What is the cost?
The Thrive Program is funded by the New Mexico Department of Health. There is no cost for participants.
