With the 'shelter at home' order extended to April 30, 2020, I have added a payment window to allow tenants to make 'in person' payments at the facility without entering the office. Office hours are 11 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday and 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Saturday. Of course, you can stay home and phone in your credit card payment at 815-229-6100.
Bel-Rock Self Storage will be closed until April 8, 2020, due to the executive order issued by Governor Pritzker. During this time, I am only allowed to stop by the facility for a daily security check, but not to conduct any 'in-person' business. All tenants will have full access to their storage units.
