She then went on to receive her Juris Doctor degree from Willamette University College of Law here in Salem. She is licensed to practice law in many fields and is a member of the Oregon State Bar as well as the State Bar's section on Elder Law and Estate Planning and Administration. She is also a member of NAELA- National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Richard McGinty served as a U.S. Army Signal Corps Officer then came to Oregon to attend Law School at Willamette University in 1983. Along with a few other students, he was the first to graduate from law school in only two and a half years. He then went on to earn his Master of Business Administration from the University of Georgia, Augusta Campus. Beginning in 1986, he represented individuals with injuries and disabilities. He initially focused on Personal Injury law, but in 2000 decided to focus his attention on Social Security Law. Together, we strive to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients and their families.
