About Dr Li: Dr. Li-Cavallo grew up in the lower east side of Manhattan. She graduated in the top 10 of her high school class, and went on to Hamilton College, where she was a Mathematics major and Comparative Literature minor. She graduated with magna cum laude. She then attended Stony Brook Dental School and got her DDS degree in 2003. After that she went on to a residency program at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, where her work received high praise (she was called "the best resident" by the general residency director).
