The program revolves around core concepts that students need to succeed in the beauty industry. Hair design and barbering students begin freshman classes together to learn the basic theory and legal requirements of salon services.
Students at Bella learn different styles and methods of hair cleansing as well as how different products interact with the hair. From personal experience you may know the perfect routine for your hair, but here you will learn how to customize the perfect routine for your clients as well. The curriculum focuses on the principals of haircutting trends, techniques, and tools.

We believe in using a competency-based program for teaching our students rather than completion of a specific number of hours of instruction. This makes it possible for students to develop their skills to the best of their ability before entering a professional setting.
Students’ progress much faster toward their goal as they demonstrate their proficiency in each study area. In fact, many students complete the program 50 to 60 percent quicker than traditional beauty school students. The time from the start of the program to graduation could be as short as three months, and the less time that you spend learning your craft, the sooner you can begin to work and generate income.
