The consultation involves looking at the project and finding out what the custom is looking for, discussing any questions the customer has, looking at a portfolio of projects we have completed, and drawing the project to scale. Once it has been drawn, a formalized quote will be given. If the project is sold, then we will help with any Home Owner's Associations, Permits, and provide blueprints of the project for construction.
