We are asked all the time... "What does a "Mind Diet" look like? When we first heard it we thought a lot of cardboard looking meals.... BOY!!!! were we wrong! Check out these tasty treats our Kitchen Staff has created: For Breakfast: Oatmeal drizzled with cinnamon, French toast kissed with maple syrup, and wedges of fresh fruit! For Lunch: Creamy Chicken-A-La King on a bed of seasoned rice pilaf, paired with a fresh Spinach salad drizzled with a home-made raspberry vingerette, finished off with a delicious banana peanut butter muffin! And you wonder why we are always ready to eat at Belleview!
