We have been receiving calls from customers regarding receiving letters like this. We are actively looking into this and our contract with these plans as we were not made aware of any changes. Express Scripts has done this in the past and then later sent letters stating they were sent in error. Our best advice at the moment is to contact HR at your work and let them know you don't want to change pharmacies.
Also, in reading the letters I've noticed that it could also be a matter of Express Scripts making us a non-preferred pharmacy. In my experience most co-pays aren't much different between preferred and non-preferred pharmacies. We will try and get more info and answer your questions best we can as it becomes available.
We appreciate all our customers and don't want to see anyone leave. Please don't hesitate to call with any questions.
On another note we will always try and match a co-pay from another pharmacy or maintain current pricing if it is financially possible for us to do.

With the upcoming holiday we will be closed Saturday 7/4 and Sunday 7/5 to give our staff a much needed break. We will resume our temporary hours of Monday through Friday 8am-5pm, Saturday 8am-3pm, and Sunday 8am-1pm.
