We’re busy building our fifth warehouse project in the Orchard Business Park in Manchester Township, PA. Currently, our Site crew is grading the roadways, parking lots and dolly pads, while our concrete subcontractor completes the slab on grade and builds formwork to pour 70 concrete tilt-up wall panels. The 175,000-square-foot facility will be finished in February 2021.

Kinsley’s Building and Site teams are making great progress on the third phase of construction at Union Flats in Mechanicsburg, PA, which includes six new apartment buildings. Site crews are working on the final grading, placing curbing and asphalt for the parking lots and roadways, and installing stormwater basins. Our Building team is working on hanging drywall, installing windows and MEP rough-ins, tiling, painting and installing appliances. The first building was completed earlier this month.

Last week, Superintendent Mark gave us a tour of the new Eisenhart Crane building in York, PA, where our Industrial, Site and Steel crews are collaborating to construct the space. Our Site team has installed the building pad, underground utilities and a parking area, our Steel team erected the pre-engineered building, and our Industrial team is self-performing all structural concrete work.
