Job Responsibilities: On a daily basis, the Marketing Manager is tasked with making sure all digital components of the company operations are running and functioning properly. This includes but is not limited to: CRM, call tracking platform, all company websites, any inventory aggregation sites, service scheduling tools, inventory management systems, and digital retailing products At the end of every month, a recap needs to occur with business partners to review the performance of the month and to discuss if changes need to be made to the quarterly strategies moving forward Along with marketing recaps, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for reporting key performance indicators (KPI) evaluating individual franchise location performance. This will come in the form of evaluating the effectiveness of each store on the following basis: • An accepted percentage of received leads to leads contacted • An accepted percentage of each franchise was able to contact to make appointments scheduled • An accepted percentage of appointments scheduled to appointments shown • An accepted percentage of appointments shown to appointments sold Based on ratios, the Marketing Manager will be tasked with providing documentation and implementation of new processes and procedures in order to improve the above ratios that did not meet acceptable performance Job requirements are subject to change depending on any new initiatives undertaken by the dealer group which would involve the expertise of the Marketing Manager Core Requirements: • Experience in standardizing methods of reporting to objectively grade performance • A good understanding of key performance indicators (KPI) to measure Return on Investment (ROI) • Strong communication skills required for discussions with internal company managers and external business partners • Ensuring monthly marketing budgets are created in line with the company policy and provided to business partners – to be spent wisely with positive ROI • Monthly recap meetings with internal team managers to relay performance of business partners and process improvements BENNETT MASERATI OF ALLENTOWN Marketing and Digital Manager
