The crew has done an amazing job on this job with 10 new windows, revamping the siding with a fresh coat of paint, new screen porch and newly renovated garage! We're on the last leg of the job and hopefully complete this and move to the next.

Ready for the new flooring and kitchen cabinets, the plumbers moved the gas today and tommorow will be the electricians.
This looks like a simple siding repair,.as.yiu can see in the first photo. Unfortunately we know better and we're prepared for what was to come. This shows how important it is to have skilled professionals and not underestimate what damage can be done.. The cause to this was poor flashing at the edge of the roof. The home owner had no idea they had this problem..
Home inspections should be performed by professionals even after the purchase can save on costly repairs. It's no different than a dentist visit catching a cavity before it becomes a crown...

So many contractors have over booked and under staffed. We're called in to finish this screen porch after the original builder was overwhelmed? Sean and Wesley will make quick work of this..
We unloaded the first load of two yesterday. There installing the radon pipes and footing drains today. Hopefully we can start laying plates at the end of next week.

My little girl has asked for a loft bed with a desk below. Last week I have used my favorite toys and started building her bed.. I would love to work more in the shop. I will need to finish this soon as the anticipation is getting to her.
