Bernhoft & Associates opened for business in January of 1993 and have remained at the same location to this date. We continue to provide Building Design Services, Drafting and Construction Consulting for Residential and light Commercial projects.
Leonard S. Bernhoft, the company's owner, has a long history in the construction industry, starting his career in 1967. He has extensive experience in both construction and Building Design. He worked 15 years for a local contractor as a Building Designer, Construction Manager and carpenter. He had his own Design Build construction company for 8 years.
At Bernhoft & Associates, we pride ourselves in listening to what the customer wants in his Design project, and assist him to obtain that goal.
