Today kicks off National Physical Therapy Month (NPTM) - a time to celebrate the amazing work done by our physical therapists to restore and maintain function, and improve people’s lives without using potentially harmful and addictive medication. This month also gives us an opportunity to raise awareness of physical therapy as a safe, effective alternative route to medication such as opioids for treatment of chronic pain conditions. PT is “the safer way to manage pain.” Help us celebrate NPTM by sharing a review about your physical therapy treatment at our clinic - individual shoutouts are highly encouraged 😉 #ChoosePT #NPTM2020 #ditchtheopioids #PTRocks
Please allow us to introduce our new Physical therapist! Anne Fox was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Growing up, Anne always had a love for sports, exercise, and the outdoors. To further pursue her love of nature, she moved to Montana to attend college, where she received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science at Montana State University. She then moved back to New Mexico where she completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of New Mexico. Anne joined the team at Berube Physical Therapy so that she could work and live in the place she loves the most, Montana. Anne has a passion for human movement, and loves to help others understand how to move better so they can achieve their goals and live their best lives. When Anne isn't in the clinic, you can most likely find her hiking a mountain, fishing for trout, or skiing the slopes!
