COVID-19 UPDATE:
Berwick Electric Co. always strives to provide a safe place to work and to conduct business. Our team is meeting daily to try to stay on top of the wave of information and recommendations coming from appropriate regulatory agencies.
Some of the actions we are taking include the following:
• Not allowing visitors in our office such as vendors and salesmen
• Limiting person to person interactions (field and office) whenever possible, utilizing phone, texting, email, and Zoom teleconferencing instead
• Taking breaks and lunches individually or in staggered groups
• Eliminating group meetings
• Practicing social distancing when interacting in the office or field
• Postponing service calls if anyone in the customer’s home is or has been sick or is in quarantine (both mandatory and self-imposed)
As always, our phones are answered 24/7 by a live person in order to fulfill our customers’ service needs.
Thank you for understanding during this difficult time. We are doing our part to limit contact and protect both customers and staff.
