Hiring a full time customer service and an office manager for a building supply store.
We are willing to train the right candidate.
For the Manager position, The Ideal candidate would have:
Customer service experience
Basic accounting knowledge
Quickbooks experience
Knowledge of masonry and landscape supplies
Job duties include but not limited to:
Waiting on customers- in person and via phone and email
Entering bills into the computer
Recording deposits (both credit cards and checks)
Handing accounts payable and receivable
Reconciling credit cards and bank account on quickbooks
Filing
Light cleaning
and other misc office duties
