Overview
Duties include but are not limited to providing superior customer service to our guests while picking up and dropping off at the airport and assisting in guest requests. This position is also responsible for maintaining the general condition of the property.
Job Duties
Responsible for shuttling guests in a polite and curious manner.
Vacuum and Detailing company shuttle vans
Maintains housekeeping carts and stocks linen closets on guest floors in a neat organized manner
Refills the par stock of guest amenities and supplies on each housekeeping storage area.
Cleans all public areas in the prescribed manner while following department standard operating procedures.
Waters plants and flowers as scheduled
Always responds in a friendly, helpful manner to guests and other colleagues.
Handles any tasks assigned by the supervisors as and when needed.
Qualifications
Must have a clean driving record for past 7 years
Must have a valid driver’s license
Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen
Ability to push and pull objects or materials weighing up to 100 lbs.
Requires standing for long periods of time and on occasion may be asked to lift and carry up to 40 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, it may be also required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

House Person and Shuttle Driver
If you are a night person this might be the right job for you. The Best Western Plus Clocktower Inn is looking for someone to join our team who loves working with guests and co-workers in a positive and proactive manner. Duties include, but are not limited to, guest reservations, hosting guest’s arrivals and departures, managing guest needs, walking the property, and running shuttles to and from the airport. Computer navigation and great customer service skills required. Our goal is to be top 20% in customer service in Best Western!
Job Duties-
70% Front Desk
-Compiles information for the hotel’s financial records.
-Posts room charges and room taxes to guest accounts.
-Processes guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
-Verifies all account postings and balances
-Summarizes results of operations and prepares reports for management.
-Performs duties of the Front Desk Agent.
-Performs other duties as assigned.
30% Property Monitor
