Front Desk Agent
Represents the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest’s stay by working with all hotel personnel to ensure every guest experiences superior customer care. Responsibilities include but not limited to registering guests, assigning rooms, accommodating special requests, and ensuring the guests have a pleasant stay and smooth check out.
Night Auditor
Audits, balances and reports on the various areas of the hotel (e.g., food and beverage, rooms, front desk, gift shop, etc.) to provide accurate and timely financial information on the hotel’s operational performance for the day. Oversees front office/front desk operations during the overnight shift.
Housekeeping Assistant/Inspector
Ensures that the cleanliness and attractive appearance in the guest accommodations and public spaces are in accordance with hotel standards. Inspects all rooms and ensures deficiencies are reported and corrected. Helps maintain cleanliness throughout the hotel rooms and common spaces. Cleaning duties are required. Reports directly to the housekeeping supervisor.
Bartender/Food Service
Provides the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous, personable and professional manner to ensure a positive guest experience. Accurately processes and prepares guest orders properly and on a timely basis.
