Our Front Desk Associates assist our guests from reservations to check in to issues during their stay to check out. To be considered for this position you must be able to work weekends and have a flexible schedule weekdays and weekends. Computer knowledge is a plus. Customer Service skills are a must.
You will be standing for 8 hour shifts. Speaking with guests in person and on the phone. Solving guests problems and handling payments.
