We got home just in time to watch the sun set on 🌎 Mental Health Day. And I realized how beautiful the day ended!
-I also realized that this years World Mental Health Day looks a lot different than any other we have had before: with COVID-19 & many other events that have been happening around us. Every thing has affected each & every one of us in a different way!
-And Just as the leaves 🍁 are starting to change & the sun is starting to set— it’s a beautiful reminder that there are new beginnings, there is a tomorrow coming, there are second chances & things can be made new again!
-Just as the seasons change, so do the seasons in our lives & it reminds us that we are NOT stuck here forever & this will pass.
-While life is hard you are not defeated! You can & will be healed & restored in your different seasons of hurt❤️. Just put one foot in front of the other, take one step at a time. Take back your power this month with World 🌎 Mental Health Day & know you have it in you to do so.
