Came in with a miss on cyl 3. Customer said someone installed a new injector. Pulled the head found most of a valve missing on cyl 3. Guessing that injector has previously stuck open.

Tech must have tools and a valid drivers license. Tech should also have at least 1-2 years experience in a shop. Job description is as followed, must be able to do brakes,services,transmissions and or repair, engine drivability and repair as well as some electrical.

A little ISX in frame action! Cyl 3 liner cracked.
Well freinds let the fun begin! This customer wants us to take this F-650 and turn it into a off road camper. This Ford is 2 wheel drive now and that’s we’re the deuce and a half comes in. We’re going to take the 4 wheel drive parts off the deuce & a half, axles,transfer case and run flat system andput it on the Ford. Then we’re going to put it all on air bags and hopefully the off road tires to go with it. Should be fun!
We have decided to set up a temporary shop in my pole building. Our goal is to have it ready around the first of the year. It will be a drop off only situation, but we will be up and running. The pole building is located right next door to my shop so we can still utilize our parking lot and just shuffle vehicles back and forth. It’s not ideal, but at least we can keep working and continue to serve our customers. I will update you all when we get close and God bless you all.

It’s been a long couple weeks and my guys have come through for me. We are glad to say we will be open starting Monday the 4th under limited capacity, for cars,trucks,semi’s and it will be drop offs only please. This here is a picture of a Cummins fuel injector with Def Chrystals in it. Don’t put Def in your diesel tank. It’s a very expensive repair!
First day open! It’s not been a good day I will admit. No amount of prep gets you prepared for what’s need to start a shop again. We’re pushing Through though.
