I’m just gonna say this right out of the gate; if you are using anyone other than Big Dog Disposal for your weekly trash pick up, you are doing the wrong thing. I’ve used Big Dog for the last 18 months and it is the hands-down best decision I have made as a homeowner. They are on time, affordable, they have amazing customer service, and bottom line... they are just real people who care.
My wife went into labor unexpectedly, and obviously putting the trash out was the last thing on my mind. The driver noticed that I didn’t put it out so he came up to the house and brought down my barrels and emptied them for me. A simple gesture like that is just something you DO NOT GET with any other company.
