Sorry we haven't posted in a while. Been kinda busy. One of our favorite e28s in for some worn parts replacement, the lineup waiting to get checked over. A track e46 in for the @bimmerworld fuel starvation kit install, full brake job + brass caliper bushings, camber correction and corner balancing. Getting the Big Dog ready for racing this weekend. Just updated the safety gear, and have a real nice set of Racetech Pro 6 point FHR Lightweight Harnesses to sell. They are expired FIA 2019. So though we can't use them for racing, they'd be great for a HPDE car. 2" shoulder, lap and sub belts, made to use with a HANS. New they are $385. Yours for $100 cash. We are a Racetech dealer, so if your need new belts too, get them from us.

Starting out a busy week. Mini is getting a full going through, and all maintenance is being brought up to date. Timing chain, drive belt, replacing worn out spark plugs, fresh brakes. The rear pads on the Mini require a special tool, and whoever did the ones on here didn't have one, which caused premature wear and damage to the tires. Whoever did the last oil change left the drain plug leaking. The e90 is a recent purchase. Major oil leak from the valve cover gasket, which was never tightened down when last replaced, AND they tried to super glue it into the valve cover. Ok, someone out there needs this car. 99k miles, you will not find a better maintained e46 anywhere. The owner never waited on maintenance, and always insisted on OEM parts. We have serviced it for about 4 years, and I believe prior the that it was taken care of at the dealership. The owner is a friend I've known for over 10 years (maybe more), great people.

So the JCW Mini, that had clutch issues, had real issues. I guess first, the dual mass flywheel gave up, then the clutch fork bent, then tore, then because everything else was messing up, the driver pushed the clutch pedal hard enough to totally split the fork, and shear off the master cylinder pin. Not a problem, should be back together soon.

Just so you all know, that round thing on the valve cover is not for the oil filter! This Countryman went to a "fix all" shop for an oil change, and it looks like they may have broken a $650 valve cover.
We've been busy! And trying to get a lot done before heading to the track for the Sandlapper BMWCCA HPDE and Club Races. The JCW GP3 has monster brakes, and we had custom racing pads made for it. An X5 gets an oil change, an E350 gets a battery, and an N54 gets some new turbos.
Still rolling along at the shop. Appointments have been running about a week out. Some recent stuff. A Range Rover Sport gets some traditional springs, no more having to worry about expensive air suspension repairs. A 2001 X5, we keep it going. An F10 with n55 was baffling everybody, we found an injector stuck open, replaced it and she's ready for the road, and a final shot of the 4 series that got bigger turbo goodies and Motorsports brake package. Customer brought this nice Range Rover because of what was thought of as a header leak. Found someone had started to steal his catalytic converter. We'll have him patched up quick.
Bob's back racing! After getting in the way of another car, we rebuilt the rear end. It just came back from our favorite body shop Autohaus II, and it looks real good.
Busy week before the new year. Looking forward to 2021 being less stressful for everyone!
Some of this weeks work. 650 in for some coils, we went through this mini that has been parked for a year, now all it needs is a good bath. And another fun project, getting this really cool dune buggy running correctly
