Dear Pet Parents,
As we continue to care for your pets during these unprecedented times, our number one priority is the safety of your pets, you, and the Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic family. For this reason, we are continuing to provide curbside services exclusively (note: we are allowing clients in for end of life services).
We are also asking for all future visits, to please wear a mask when we approach your car. We want to take every precaution to make sure you, your pets, and our team are safe so that we can stay open to care for your pets. Please join us in wearing a mask when one of our team members comes to retrieve your pet.
We have developed relationships with many of you over the years and we feel a deep responsibility to provide you with compassionate care for your pets so while we would love to have you back in the building, we know that limiting person-to-person contact will reduce the risk of COVID-19 exposure so we cannot change protocols at this time.
We understand that waiting in your car is inconvenient and that curbside appointments are taking longer than normal – it’s a more difficult process for our team. We also understand that phone wait times are longer than usual. Due to the nature of curbside appointments, our call volume is the highest it has ever been and our team is doing everything we can to get to you as quickly as possible. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and we also ask for your patience and understanding as we are doing everything we can to care for your pets while keeping you and the Bigger Road Veterinary Clinic team as safe as possible.
We will continue to reassess how to best operate during the pandemic as new information is made available and in the meantime, we thank you for your support.
We are here for you and your pets, and we look forward to seeing you soon.
