We love Biggs-Hansen! Everyone is super friendly and they have a great operation. They’re always on top of everything and make communication and appointments so easy. After 18 months I got my braces off!!! Hands down, the best experience I could have imagined. Such a change and I love my new smile! The entire office is very friendly and I always had my appointments on time. Even during the covid lock down when appointments had to be cancelled the office was calling patients to check on the progress and give further instructions until the doctors could see us again.
Also, I became pregnant 3 months after I started the treatment. The doctors were very patient scheduling appointments around my due date. In just short 6 or 7 years I am going to be back to the office with my daughter this time! So I don’t say good bye I say “see you soon” 😊
Today marks Carol’s 25th year anniversary with our practice! Thank you so much Carol for your hard work and dedication! ❤️🎉
