Bikram Yoga is a scientifically formulated sequence of 26 yoga poses, which are performed in 90 minute classes. Bikram Yoga is for every body!
All Bikram classes are heated above 105 degrees F, so Bikram is also known as Hot Yoga, or The Original Hot Yoga. Bikram Yoga has been tested and proven to treat and prevent a host of ailments both physiological and psychological, helping promote your health and happiness.
New students are advised to come well hydrated for class, because you will sweat! The sweat is part of the therapy. Bring a yoga mat, a towel or two, and water to class as well. If you need any of the above, we can also sell or rent to you mats, towels and water in the studio.
