Bikram's Yoga College of India Minneapolis is a franchise of Bikram Yoga, offering various forms of Yoga teaching under the supervision of qualified and well experienced Yoga Gurus and Gurunis. We are located in Minneapolis, and also we have branches at Edina, St Louis Park, Minnetonka and St Paul. The Yoga classes are conducted strictly as per the master curriculum of Bikram Yoga.
Bikram's Yoga College of India Minneapolis is a private owned and operated Yoga teaching center. Every attention is given to have a feeling of homely atmosphere rather than a serious training house. The owner of the center, Martha Williams and Eric Williams, husband of Martha Williams directly supervise every day to day activities of the training center.
We are legally registered and have sufficient insurance and security bond to conduct the training classes. Qualified and well-trained teachers are engaged to conduct the Yoga classes.
About our Yoga training:
We are training people with 26 postures with duration of 90 minutes. Every effort is taken to make sure that these postures work well with every person. The class where the postures are conducted will be very warm by 105 degrees Celsius and with 50% humidity. This room temperature will let the internal organs respond to the Yoga instructions. Every part of your body and internal organs, all the veins, all muscles, and ligaments respond to the maximum level and helps the body to function perfectly well.

A single class will cost you $20 including free Mat and Towel. For beginner’s the fee will be $39 for one month. Also, there are memberships available for $105 monthly fee and $1400 for an annual fee. Special Packages are available for $ 150 for 10 classes and $360 for 30 classes with a validity of one yarn d 5 years respectively.
