The "stuffed" pizzas are built to order starting with
a double dough bottom crust in a two inch deep pan
in the true Chicago tradition. Then the mammoth
pies are stuffed with a fist-full of cheese and other
toppings of your choice. Finally the specialty pizzas
are smothered with a rich handmade sauce and can
weigh anywhere from four to eight pounds.

We ordered a calzone, thin crust pizza, and a meatball sub. All 3 were delicious. The owner was nice and definitely cared about the quality of his food.
