My Mini Clubman S's coolant line was knocked out of place from a piece of highway debris. As soon as we got to Bimmer Rescue, we were greeted very hospitably and they took my car in quickly. 2020 has been a wild year for everyone, but if you look carefully you will find lessons learned, relationships solidified, growth and positive change. For me, Patrick McHugh I have four things to be thankful for, within this business and at home.
1: An excellent team of people who are not afraid to learn, innovate and adapt to be the best at what they do
2: The trust and support of the Richmond community and our clients as well as all of the volunteers that stepped up to help us create face shields for first responders
3: A 5 year old girl interested in music and rockets, a 3 year old girl interested in reading and cooking and a 1 year old boy who is trying his best to talk to us while chasing after his sisters
4: A strong, resilient wife who always puts her family first, sometimes at the cost of her sleep and sanity
