Inspired by time spent in Tuscany and throughout Europe, the concept of Bin22 was imagined by owner and Sommelier Gavin Fine as a way to offer something different in the Jackson Hole culinary scene - a small wine shop, grocer and tapas bar experience like the ones he had enjoyed so much in Italy. This inspiration, coupled with his desire to personalize the wine buying experience for guests manifested into the intimate space of Bin22. Keeping true to these roots, the restaurant features a small wine and tapas bar in the back of an expansive bottle shop. The back restaurant serves European-style small plates, an ever-changing selection of wines by the glass and draft craft beers. The Bin22 restaurant and bottle shop join to provide a multi-faceted culinary experience to guests, from in-restaurant dining to personal wine buying… Buy a single bottle, enjoy a private tasting, or schedule a one-on-one consultation with in-house sommeliers to stock your personal wine cellar.

The wine wall - full of bottles we are loving and pouring by the glass in the restaurant. The selection changes throughout the week. Simply tell us what you like in a wine and our team will make recommendations to suit your preferences. Looking for a Friday wine fix? Our shop is open until 10pm tonight and we will be seating guests in the restaurant until 2pm. The restaurant will be closed this evening for a private party. We can’t wait to see you!

Tomorrow's the day! As of tomorrow (Wednesday), the Bin22 restaurant will be open for dine-in service daily from 4-9pm, with Happy Hour from 4-6pm. We can't wait to welcome you back! Pop up Valentine's Day tasting! All the way from Piedmont, Italy, Valerio Mossio will be pouring tastes of Fratelli Mossio's hand-crafted wines. From 4-6pm, enjoy free tastes, 1/2 off full glasses and 15% off bottles.
