A few years ago, we voted yes on Right to Repair, but now as technology continues to evolve and manufacturers go wireless, independent mechanics will not be able to fix your car. Within 4-5 years, as these technologies continue to evolve, if we don't vote YES on 1, independent mechanics will not be able to fix your car (even something simple like brakes!). Everyone will be forced to go to the dealers- which as we all know, costs a lot more! You won't have a choice on where you get your car fixed! Small independent mechanics will be put out of business & many jobs lost.
Just look at how much money the big auto manufacturers are spending on the "scare tactic" ads... they don't want it passed! VOTE YES ON 1 🇺🇸
