Nine childhood friends with parents hailing from different islands in the Caribbean came together and created a restaurant and bar reflecting the foundation of their lasting friendship: Good food, good drinks and good times. BK9 serves Caribbean-inspired food that reflects what the 9members grew up eating with their families in Brooklyn. The one of a kind menu takes the authentic cuisine from Haiti, Trinidad, and Jamaica and adds modern culinary technique and innovation that results in a uniquely refined and delectable experience. BK9 is committed to providing a healthier fresh variety of ingredients elegantly prepared to excite the palate.
