With the Corona Virus Concern, we have put some options in place for you! You may drop off your car and put the keys through our key-drop slot without having to come in.
Also, you can take care of payment on-line or over the phone, then pick up your car with the keys in a clean bag, ready for you to go. You do not need to come in to the office.
Of course, if you still want to that's great, we are practicing the usual precautions: Social distancing, hand washing, cleaning your steering wheel and handles, and wiping down surfaces.
All of us are in good health, our policy is that anyone feeling ill is staying home. We have our parts delivery folks dropping off away from the office, so there's very little in the way of people traffic coming through our shop.

Hello! Jon and I (Dave) spent our Saturday in a Mercedes Sprinter class, got lots of good updated information on them. The Sprinter also has a Dodge or Freightliner badge to it, but it really is a Mercedes. We both got a lot out of the class.

Hello everybody, wish you’re well... today I just attended a technical meeting on “USB-C” in the car. Interesting, you would be surprised at how much technology is in a USB port and a usb cable! The TLDR is USE A HIGH QUALITY USB CABLE !! One like Belkin manufactures is best. DO SOME HOMEWORK BEFORE BUYING A USB CABLE FOR YOUR CAR! 🙂
It’s a good day for car owners, mechanics and vehicle owners, in Massachusetts the “Right to Repair Measure” passed by a margin of 3 to 1. This means vehicle manufacturers must supply repair information, software etc to third parties who need it in order to fix or service their modern machines. This includes Tesla, who has been unwilling to offer repair information to the owners of Teslas or aftermarket repair shops. A VERY good thing. You too can request and receive data or software if needed for your car, truck or tractor! Yes even American farmers couldn’t legally fix their tractors and harvesters, John Deere and Cat did not give out info, and actually PROSECUTED farmers who bypassed their security measures in order to repair THEIR OWN PROPERTY! So going forward this will be great.
