If you're a Farmers customer, we want to help. That's why we're reducing your car insurance premiums by 25% for the month of April. There's no need to call; you're automatically enrolled. Details coming soon.
Due to growing COVID-19 concerns, we will be transitioning to working from home. We are doing this in an effort to keep you and us safe. We can function almost fully still by taking payments by phone, making any changes to your policies you may need, and continuing to answer questions you may have. We are able to take check, debit card, and credit card by phone. You are also able to use these payment types online by registering your account at Farmers.com. If you are paying by cash, please give our office a call at (903)893-9429 and we will instruct you how we are handling those while our office is closed. I know this is hard on you all and, trust me, it is hard on us too. Sonya and I look forward to seeing you all again soon! Until that is able to happen, stay safe, wash your hands, show everyone a little grace and we will get through this together.
