Manny Cruz is a high energy, Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer and Cycling Instructor. He specializes in designing custom fitness plans for his clients. Manny likes to take continued education through workshops and seminars. He holds various certifications in Personal training and Massage Therapy. lifting, core, abs, Plyometrics, Strength Training, boot camp style workouts are all incorporated in your regimen.
Regardless of your age or fitness level, Manny can design a specific program that meets you where you are at, and takes you to your goals incorporating workouts and nutritional coaching.
With over 500 hours of study and Licensed by the California Massage Therapy Council, The discovery of massage and the therapeutic benefits is, like life, an eternal journey. There are many philosophies, techniques and methodologies to consider. My education was a rewarding and enriching experience teaching me all the advantages that massage has to offer not only physical but emotional and mental.
