Founded by Executive Chef, Joe Sukjam and entrepreneur Jai Sookhakitch, the two had a vision to create a destination BYOB restaurant in Andersonville. Chef Sukjam, has taken his experience as a premier hotel and resort chef and created an elite selection of recipes from land and sea. His cuisine infuses classic American dishes with flavors from Asia.
