Assist in taking incoming customers calls and creating dispatch tickets as service calls are received. Handle dispatch related functions in the service manager’s absence during lunch, breaks, vacation, etc. Maintain customer database with current information. Process purchase orders. Maintain company fleet data entry and fleet maintenance scheduling. Assist with invoicing, as needed and with warranty registration of new equipment.

Blue Fox is looking for an HVAC service technician. We are open to a candidate with previous HVAC experience or someone who is wanting to learn the HVAC trade.
Primary Job Function:
Responsible for servicing and repairing HVAC equipment, be available on occasion for after-hours / on call work, help customers make informed decisions on repairing or replacing their equipment.

Desired qualifications:
• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Ability to custom fabricate sheet metal
• Ability to read/interpret blueprints and schematics
• Basic understanding of refrigeration cycle
• Basic understanding of line voltage and low voltage electrical wiring

Look at these amazing views of the Carousel from inside the structure! The crew has been hard at work and these sneak peeks of the inside are getting us even more excited! 😁😍 Did you know that on a nice day we will be able to open up all of these garage-style doors? And when the weather is not on our side, we can close them up so that we can enjoy our carousel rain or shine! ☀️🌦
Our team wrapped up a big project at a historic home on 9th street that included a new HVAC and duct system upstairs, a multi head Mitsubishi ductless system on the main level, and a wine cellar system in the basement.
Check out how these “floor” style Mitsubishi units blend in with the room, keeping the historic integrity of the house.

February's nonprofit of the month goes to, WanderWood Venezuela Relief. Tyler Wood, Lafayette native, has helped well over 1,000 Venezuelans and has supported many for over 6 months. He helped refugees first-hand during his 1.5 year expedition from Fort Ouiatenon to the bottom of South America. Now, he is aiding from afar. Since the pandemic, he has raised over $9,000 virtually through Instagram stories @wanderwood18. Every penny has gone to Venezuela. He has grown close with many families and shared their stories up close and personal, capturing the hearts of many.
