We know you have all been working feverishly (or hopefully, non-feverishly) on projects during your stay at home time. Just a reminder that this Saturday is the FIRST SATURDAY of the month, so bring your quilt top, and choose a backing for 20% off. Also, we always have gift certificates for those favorite moms in your life. And to all of you, a Happy Mother's Day.
Blue Iris will be open for business on Monday, May 4th, with normal hours, 9am to 4 pm. Initially we will be open for fabric & notion purchases only, with credit cards.
Classes and Wednesday Open Sew will be put on hold until further notice. We will require masks while in the store for everyone's protection and we reserve the right to limit the number of customers in the store at any one time so as to adhere to social distancing guidelines.
Please pass this information on to friends who may not have FB, as I am not able to send out a mass email at this time as my computer is down.
Thanks for understanding ...I look forward to seeing you all!

Well how are all of you holding up? I'm pretty sure we wont be back in business until the end of April based on the Presidents msg yesterday...another 30 days......I've taken all the steps I can to protect the shop and my ability to stay in business when this is all over....we'll see if it's enough. It's hard to stay home...but at the same time I have plenty to do. I've started a kit that I picked up a few months ago...its easy enough to do but it's a time consuming process....but there again I have nothing but time! We took my Mom for a ride to Lake Shasta today and she enjoyed getting out of the house...I know this is hard on her, just moving up here and all...but shes being a trooper. Hope all of you are safe and healthy...I miss and love you all...see you on the flip side!
Okay - You have 5 days to get that quilt top ready to bring in on Saturday. Why Saturday? It's the first Saturday of the month, and if you bring in a completed quilt top, you can choose the backing for 20% off! See you then.
