One of the most frequent questions about chemical peels is “Am I going to peel?”...you would think the obvious answer would be yes. After all peel IS in the name of the treatment. WELL, the answer is actually MAYBE! Post chemical peel is different for every patient. It all depends on what type of peel is used and what skin type you have.

These pictures show what one of our moderate peels look like 72 hours (average amount of time to start “peeling”) after treatment.

You will notice mild flaking and dry skin. Best part about these types of peels is you can go about your normal day, just apply an HA serum to mask the dryness, which you will see in the second picture.
