We finally made it to Darrell's favorite Saturday breakfast spot. Didn't make it quite as early, but had a delicious brunch at BlueBird Cafe Thornton. The food was great, the service excellent and friendly. Spotlessly clean, masks and shields worn by all cafรฉ staff and masks by customers. We asked a nice lady if she knew Darrell, and she said, "Of course. Great guy. He is also my insurance agent." Looking at your post from this morning, I think we were sitting in your booth. I looked around for a gold placard with your name on it, but didn't see one!
Brunch is never complete without an order of PECAN-SMOKED BACON!
