Many of you may be already be aware, but I wanted to formally announce the promotion of Margo Sandler to Operations Manager! Margo has been with us since February of 2019, starting as a 2nd shift BHT. She earned her way to Lead BHT about 9 months later, and brought to the position a level of excitement and integrity that has earned her the respect of our organization both locally and with our corporate partners, Amatus Health. The picture below is a good representation of why we are so excited to have her at the helm of the Operations Department. Congratulations Margo! - Jonathan Gerson

Amatus Health September 23 at 10:03 AM · Amatus Health is proud to be taking courses on Diversity and Inclusion to better represent the many races, cultures, thoughts and ideas that our corporate office and treatment centers have to offer. Our Diversity and Inclusion trainer, Lawrence Williams, says “When a company is diverse it will include a wide variety of people of different races or cultures... Experiencing diversity is a part of a civilized society where differences do not equal a right way or wrong way, it is variety that can lead to a common goal.”

The operations department would like to recognize Miss Tara Mariie Starr as Employee of the Month. Tara has been employed with BPRC for a whole year and has proven to be a marvelous BHT. Tara brings a sense of unique purpose and seriousness to her position. Tara has always been willing to step up wherever she is needed on and off her scheduled shifts. Tara has maintained the respect and trust of the clients she serves. I know that when Tara is asked to do something, that task will be completed. Tara has done her job in excellence, taken direction, and improved on both her strengths and weaknesses. The dedication displayed by Tara is complimented by her loving and positive presence. Particularly in recent months, Tara has been called at all hours of the day (and night) to help out in a pinch. Even more commendable is the fact that she has never once complained. Tara, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts. We wouldn't want to do this without you.
