At Board Restaurant we take comfort food and elevate it to something special yet approachable.
As huge fans of tapas, we decided to keep it small. We wanted guests to be able to have three or four different plates, try all these different flavors, travel all over the place with it and have a really great experience.
The opportunity to take an old farm house from the 1890s that was in complete disrepair and bring it back to its former glory was a majority of the appeal of opening Board. To breathe life back into it was really what we were going for. Formerly the location of the infamous Tiny Tavern we haven’t forgotten where we came from and take a no-nonsense approach to providing a local experience with a twist.
It’s all about low ego, high standards food as we blend classical training with influences of New World cuisine. We are always experimenting with dishes so expect the menu to stay fresh but familiar. We want to provide a place where everybody can get what they want. See you soon!
