Boardwalk Homecare is looking to hire an individual to assist in the recruiting, screening and staffing process for our home health care clients.
This is a full time position for our office in Neptune, NJ. While experience in the home health industry is a plus, it is not required.
Responsibilities:
•Answering phones
•Handle client coordination and communication for potential & existing clients
•Personnel recruitment and screening of home health aides
•New hire processing and personnel file management
•Scheduling and staffing cases
•On-call duty for 7 days every 4th week
•Becoming proficient in internal policies and procedures
•Ability to complete data entry using home care software
•Other administrative tasks as needed
Benefits:
•Salary: $40,000/year
