The job would include working with customers who are bringing their boats in for storage and/or repairs as well as working with the mechanics in our service shop.
This job also includes scheduling service, entering work orders, locating parts for customers and ensuring all parts and service are properly recorded on the customer’s work order.
This is a great opportunity to join us in one of the area’s largest and most successful marine dealerships, you will be working in a fast paced, goal driven environment, with opportunity to learn on the job with training included.
In this role you need excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, self-confidence, listening and communication skills. Experience is preferred.

Service Writer
The job would include working with our vendors as well as working with the technicians in our service shop to ensure all parts needed are available. It will involve answering calls and writing the start of some work orders when needed.
This job includes entering warranty claims, locating parts needed for service, and ordering day to day parts and some special ordering when parts are not commonly available in shop. It will also include setting par levels on inventory to manage the amount of inventory on hand. In this job there will be opportunities to revamp the current processes, and ultimately manage the parts department within the financial guidelines established by the dealership.
