My goal is to help you achieve a healthier body by utilizing myofascial release and trigger point therapy (body work), and specific exercises. Some of the healthiest people from around the world experience body work sessions on a regular basis, at least 6 to 8 sessions a year. Sometimes more often , especially after injuries. These body work sessions aid in keeping the body "tuned up" and balanced, thus alleviating blockages and/or tightness in the muscular skeletal system and associated organs, glands, and other tissues.
Many times an unbalanced body is due to pressures around the spine created by injury, tightness, or or misalignment. Every tissue in the body is enervated by nerves exiting the spine, so any pressure can cause a disruption of normal function of these tissues and their relationship to the rest of the body.
The body work I do, is the body work that Michael Phelps got when he won his 12 gold metals. He got sessions before the event & after each event. This work enhances your athletic performance so much, that without it he would have not have won 12 metals. These sessions increase your range of motion, your energy level, ability to sleep better, alertness, as well as helps balance you from top to bottom.
