Full production for all southern Indiana manufacturing facilities will operate on Saturday, October 24th, with staggered start times of 6:15/6:30 am. Please report at your normal time. Production will operate until 2:45/3 pm ET.
The Willow Springs facility will have full production and will operate with staggered start times of 6:15/6:30 am CT. Please report at your normal time. Production will operate until 4:45/5:00 pm CT.

JASPER would like to thank all Associate-Owners, customers, and vendors for their understanding and support over the past week. We appreciate all Associate-Owners who worked tirelessly to get our systems restored and operational.

For Thursday, October 22nd, the Crawford, Power Drive and Willow facilities will remain closed. Headquarter鈥檚 Gas PODs 20 & 40, Diesel POD 90 and Headquarter JCC Associates should report at 8 am ET and will be scheduled until 5:00 pm. If needed, Engine Common area Associates will be notified. Jasper Electric Motor Associates should report at their regular times. Other Headquarter areas will remain off unless notified by Leadership. Every effort is being made to have Associates return as quickly as possible. Another update will be provided no later than 5 pm ET on Thursday.
JASPER continues to make progress with the computer and phone systems. The phone system is now fully functioning. We are now conducting computer system testing. Every effort is being made to have Associates return as quickly as possible. An update on tomorrow鈥檚 status will now be communicated by 5:00pm ET today.

Did you know that our warranty has transitioned from a paper format to an electronic version? By offering a QR Code and link to our web-based warranty, you and your customers will always have the most up to date warranty information.
The image below shows the different phases of the migration. Currently, our bill of lading paperwork includes a sheet with directions to access our warranty information. Eventually, all warranty access instructions will be printed with the finished product paperwork. Please make sure your customer receives this paperwork from this point forward.
