What an exciting week it’s been at BBA! Last week nearly 20 advisory board members met at the Boca campus to review and offer feedback on BBA’s existing programs.
The Advisory Committee serves the following purpose:
-Serve as a liaison between Boca Beauty Academy and the community that they serve.
-Benefits students of Boca Beauty Academy by assuring them that they are receiving an education that will facilitate employment within the community.
-Instructors will also benefit from the committee by being assured that graduates are employable based on the skills and competencies that they are taught during class.
-Opportunity for employers within the community to mentor future employees.
Committee meetings are held twice a year and cover both our institutional and occupational operations. You will have the opportunity to review our curriculum, equipment, and textbooks. In addition, you will also network with other industry professionals, our faculty, and administration.
