Post workout digitals update. Stopped running for awhile, only stairs and little hiit here and there. Eating 4000+ calories pretty regularly and been the most consistent with heavy lifting in the past 3 years or so. It’s slowly coming together. Really want to see how 240 lbs will look on me 💪🏼

During the cut I always make sure to eat some sort of low calorie food before eating out. That way I am not that hungry and I make smarter choices with my food order. It works very well for me. And it delivers the results. You should do it to. Just listen to me 😌
