About Our Practice
Raisa Mitelman, MD, is an internal medicine specialist who practices at Allay Medical Care in New York City. She graduated first from Saint Petersburg Pavlov State Medical University then went on to First City Hospital, Leningrad, where she completed an internship in internal medicine. Dr. Mitelman completed both an internship and her residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. She is board certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine and is affiliated with Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Petrie Division, in New York City.
Dr. Mitelman strives to make sure her patients receive the very best and most specialized care. She performs much of her work in the office, including ultrasounds, blood work, and cardiology testing. Dr. Mitelman has been practicing medicine in the same location for the past 18 years. She has grown a distinct and long-term patient base in New York and speaks both English and Russian.
She is dedicated to walking her patients through every step of their health care needs. She is also very knowledgeable of the needs of patients ranging from children to geriatrics.
