Healthy Hot Wings Check out this quick and easy healthy alternative to traditional chicken wings! Ingredients for 4 servings ¾ cup all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon paprika 2 teaspoons garlic powder 1 teaspoon salt ½ teaspoon pepper ¾ cup milk or milk alternative 1 head cauliflower ¼ cup buffalo sauce or hot sauce 2 tablespoons coconut oil or vegetable oil 1 tablespoon honey PREP Preheat the oven to 450˚F (230˚C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk, and stir until well-combined. Break the head of cauliflower into florets, about 1½-inches wide. Add the cauliflower florets to the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine the buffalo sauce, coconut oil, and honey and stir until evenly combined. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture on the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes. Enjoy

I was sad when I could no longer go to Body Structure a week and workout with my personal trainer, Julianna. She gave me the option of working out with her at my home through a zoom meeting. I thought I would try the virtual training sessions offered by Body Structure where I could workout at home under the supervision of Julianna. I have been pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoy the at home workouts and feel that they are very beneficial. This is my client, Dawn! I just wanted to share how proud I am of her this last year. She has currently reached a weight she hasn’t been since high school! She has even accomplished this after having both her right and left hip replaced. National guidelines recommend that all adults get 30 minutes of moderate physical activity five days a week. It doesn't have to be a formal exercise program to be beneficial. Some examples of moderate activity include walking briskly, recreational bicycling, gardening and vigorous housecleaning. Both aerobic activities and muscle-strengthening activities can benefit your lungs. Aerobic activities like walking, running or jumping rope give your heart and lungs the kind of workout they need to function efficiently. Muscle-strengthening activities like weight-lifting or Pilates build core strength, improving your posture, and toning your breathing muscles. Breathing exercises in particular can strengthen your diaphragm and train your body to breathe more deeply and more effectively.

We had a great Master Dry Needling Course last week here at Body Structure! We partnered up with Total Motion Release and had a packed house for the class. We made sure to follow all COVID guidelines as our team and other providers learned all about Dry Needling.
